STEVEN M. DAUPHIN

Mr. Dauphin is a principal of Bonaventure Capital and is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and managing portfolio investments.

From 1994 to 1998, Mr. Dauphin worked with The Harbinger Group initially as Director of Investments and then as Managing Director.

From 1991 to 1994, Mr. Dauphin worked as a special agent for the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) where he conducted undercover and surveillance activities against multi-kilo cocaine and methamphetamine ("speed") traffickers. He was also a member of the Clandestine Lab Enforcement Team specially trained for raids on speed manufacturing sites.

Prior to the DEA, Mr. Dauphin worked for the Anglican Church of Newfoundland. His duties included conducting services at small outport towns such as Stock Cove and Bonaventure.

Mr. Dauphin received his MBA and a Jenrette Fellowship from the University of North Carolina's Kenan-Flagler School of Business, and a BA in economics and religion with honors from Harvard University.

WILLIAM E. REISER, JR., CFA

Mr. Reiser is a principal of Bonaventure Capital and is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and managing portfolio investments in addition to directing the public markets activities for the firm.

From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Reiser was Director of Investments at The Segue Group, an affiliate of Harbert Management Corporation. At Segue, in addition to assisting in the management of internal investment portfolios, he participated in all aspects of the formation of the SMK Southern Financial Institutions Fund, L.P., a joint venture with an affiliate of Morgan Keegan & Company. Mr. Reiser was the fund's Portfolio Manager.

From 1994 to 1996, Mr. Reiser was Vice President of Treasury Management for SouthTrust Corporation. During his tenure, he improved existing deposit pricing methodologies, performed security analysis, and advised on interest rate risk management and other balance sheet management issues.

After obtaining an MBA in 1992, Mr. Reiser was an associate with Smith Breeden Associates, an investment management firm which advises or manages on a discretionary basis over $28 billion in assets. While there, he advised bank and thrift clients, including the firm's largest, in comprehensive asset/liability management with particular emphasis on interest rate risk management and mortgage investments. In addition, he created and managed a $40 million MBS portfolio with hedged returns 150 basis points over its short duration benchmark.

Mr. Reiser received his MBA with honors from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a BE in electrical engineering and mathematics from Vanderbilt University. Mr. Reiser earned his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1996.
